I am a licensed psychotherapist in Center City, Philadelphia. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and my graduate degree in clinical social work at the University of Pennsylvania.
I have completed training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, an international CBT training, treatment, and research center in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
I am also a certified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation and completed a two year training program through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. I have also completed a teaching practicum at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson.
